Brett is the oldest of Roy & Rose's four children. He still resides in Eden Prairie with his two dogs, Kadoka & Claire.

He is kept very busy updating his home in EP as well as the home he purchased in South Dakota. His heart does not stray too far as he is quite sentimental -- he purchased the home of his grandma and grandpa Hope in Sinai. He is updating this home as well, keeping it as a retreat from the cities and a home for the hunting and fishing excursions.
